So this has been a great/hectic week! Both the boys are trying to get sick and I'm ACTUALLY BUSY at work so it's not a good time to have to stay home. Through severe lack of patience but tenacity, I contracted TWO houses this week! It feels so good to get to put "contract pending" up! So I have 4 closings within the next 30 days- YEAH!!! I've had a really bad dry spell so I'm totally milking this, however, now I have to hit the pavement and get more listings...anyone want to sell a house?
